Passing The Rapidshare Counter | Got Digg?
As the title says. QUOTE We’ve all hated the javascript timers that Rapidshare, Megaupload, and the other sites have. They all have been exploited one way, or another. People bypass them with browser extensions, or small javascript tricks. I’ve found a new trick for Rapidshare only that will cut off that damn time limit. Here is how it works:
1) You go to the URL of the application, movie, or whatever you have to download. (Example If you want to test) 2) You click on ‘Free‘, and not premium. 3) The counter is right on the bottom. Go to the URL on top, and in the address bar (It should be http://rapidshare.de and not the original download link), put in the following: java script:alert(c=1) Make sure you earse the hole address bar, and put in ONLY that. You should get a popup with the number ‘1′ and you should be able to download without no timer! Whippiee! P.S: For megaupload, the code used to be java script:alert(x=1); . I wonder If It got patched, or If It is alittle different. If any of you mind, do the same for megaupload, exept when you insert the javascript code in the URL when you see the timer, try changing “x=1″ to something like “m=1″. Who knows what It can be. Might be patched, donno. This post has been edited by ch0de: Jan 2 2006, 11:18 AM |

what if the waiting time is in minutes, say 90 minutes... please help Your IP is blocked until that 90 minutes are up. If you are using dialup try disconnecting and reconnecting. If dsl then unplug your modem/gateway and plug it back in after some time has passed. Note that you should clear your cache and history in your browser before you go back to rapidshare. That IP restriction is why I try to avoid rapidshare for downloads. This post has been edited by Thequestion: Oct 7 2006, 08:45 PM |
