Hey, I was just browsing this section and saw a music thread but couldn't find one for movies so I'm gonna step up and make one.

What you should post: Follow the format below, providing a year and give a brief description of the movie, not to much detail you don't want to spoil it for those that might watch.

Explain why it's Recommended/Favourite/Hated and what you have most recently watched. Post just one if you feel like it.

Recommend: Crank (2006)
Genre: Action/Thriller
Why: It's a really gripping movie, really fast pased action it will leave you at the edge of your seat.
Description: It's about a professional killer that was given a leathel injection, he must keep up his adrenaline to stay alive to get payback.

Favourite: Starship Troopers (1997)
Genre: Sci-fi/Thriller/Action
Why: I'm not really big on sci-fi but this one really got me, it's a futuristic Military theme and heck they blow up giant bugs what more need I say.
Description: A futuristic fight for survival between Giant bugs and humans.

Hated: None come to mind at this very moment but I can't stand musicals

Recent: Death Race (2008)
Genre: Action/sci-fi
Description: In-mates must build cars fit for battle in a death race to win their freedom.
