Hello; I accidently reformated my lap top and had to reinstall windows. I lost a LOT of data doing this. Is there anyway I can recover any of it?

Try some of these . You should be able to recover some. But take note that you should hook up an external storage and recover those files to the external storage first.

You can recover data by using recovery software.And your system must have enough storage for its recovered.

Did you have a backup file before? If you have, it easy to do.

I think you must use recovery software, these software are easily available on internet. Just install one of the best recovery software and then use it as recommended. This may helps you to get data which is lost.
