Hi All, can someone help me please?
Apologies, if this is a silly question. But I am having problems installing some new
software.
I keep getting the message

"Line -1: Error: Unable to execute the external program.
An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format" I click ok and then get
"The D:\SETUP.EXE file appears to be corrupt.Reinstall the file and then try again"

How can I resolve this please?

Regards
Roger

Thanks for your reply.
Sorry I am not sure. It is broadband package, that comes with a cd,
but the message mentioned appears when I try to use it.
Does this shed any more light on the problem?

Roger
