Hey guys I was wondering if you could help me. My old computer logs off automatically every time I try to log in and I bluescreen if I try to log in with safemode. I would like to get my files off first priority, and hopefully get the computer up and running again. Any advice on what I can do?
Edit: It is a XP by the way, let me know if you need any other info Thanks! This post has been edited by JebronLames: Mar 1 2010, 04:50 PM |

There is a similar case here.
http://shingotechfreak.freeforums.org/unab...2b44e21530a80f6 Try to see if you can use the procedures to sort out your issues. To get your files off, you can use ubuntu live CD. Download the ubuntu package and burn it to a blank CD. Select boot off from drive with the CD inside and select "Try without making changes to the computer." Allow it to boot to the main linux desktop and hook up one external drive. You will be able to copy your files off using the linux OS. -------------------- My website|I recommend Windows 7 |Solved cases Archive
