What is that thing called that you plug directly into a TV HDMI port and you can play all sorts of movies off it such as my collection of erm...Perfectely legally obtained movies.

Its a bit like a NAS but it can actually play movies and not just store em,from what i heard a NAS just stores.

EDIT:I just found out downloading TV shows is legal in england so it is actually legal stuff!

First, be careful when using acronyms like NAS. There are many things named NAS including a singer.

So, spell out what you mean by NAS.

What do you mean by "legally obtained movies" huh3.gif

The only legal devices I know of that can use your TV's HDMI port are HiDef DVD Players and DVR box that cable companies provide.

DVR Service allows you to legally download movies and view them.

The latest HiDef DVD Players are Blueray, which have HDMI outputs.
