On Windows 7 it is possible to create a "Super-Admin-Folder" which will contain links to almost every aspect of Windows configuration. To do this simply create a new folder with the name: "SuperFolder.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}", without the quotes. Trust me, you will be amazed

No it should "Just-Work" apparantly it was used internally by Microsoft to test Windows, however the root location of the folder was leaked onto the Internet. To be honest I really didn't believe it at first, but then I just tried it to my own success.

Note: If using Vista and Windows 7 64Bit, instead of making a folder:
