I go to my banking site to log on. I get past the username and them theres a screen that ask for SS number. Accout number, banking or ATM pin number which i know that banks don't ask for. so looks like somebody tring to get my money and info. any suggustions? Or anybody had this problem. i did a system restore also and went back like a couple weeks. that worked and i changed all my usernames and paswords. but i went to banking site again and its back. i've also scan for virus? Help please

do not give your number to anyone, banks will not ask you this info. do a virus scan and get malwarebytes free and do a scan with that as well

I can't even log onto Internet exployer now? i can log on to mozilla firefox? whats wrong i've done scans and all. does anybody now of any other web browsers that are good?

there are a few good ones out there, Chrome, Firefox, Opera...and IE 8. did you scan with malwarebytes?

Did malwarebytes pick up any infections?

Please download HijackThis from here.

Save it to a permanent folder (such as C:\HJT).

Next, open HijackThis, and select Do a system scan and save a logfile.

A Notepad document will open. Please post the contents of that document.

I suggest you might want to use the latest firefox . It comes with phishing protection.

If you do not have a good updated antivirus protection, I recommend Avira. It has protection for phishing.
