Download and install Unlocker
http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/

Right-click on the file(s) and unlock them from any process(es) using them on the system. Then delete the file(s). I also suggest you do these following steps, as you may have spyware and/or viruses on your system.

1. Stop using Internet Explorer (IE), and download Mozilla Firefox to surf the web.
2. (Optional) If you use Outlook Express to get your e-mail, switch to Mozilla Thunderbird.
3. Download Ad-Aware SE and Spybot S&D, to remove adware/spyware that is on your machine.
4. Download AVG Free Edition to scan for and remove any viruses on your machine.
5. Go to Windows Update (you have to use IE for this one) and download all the critical patches for Windows.

It's actually a script he wrote that runs every time he hits the reply button. laughing3.gif

Hey David,

If you absolutely can't get rid of this program any other way, try this out. There is a program called winclear which not only removes your internet history but has a shredder program where you can manually drag in a file or folder into this thing and it fully deletes and overwrites it. I'm pretty sure this will get rid of these things for sure. There is a free download for WinClear at http://www.pcperformancetools.com/winclear.htm. Pretty effective program and might be worth checking out. I'm just replying with this because it might be the only way other than formatting your drive. You might also have spyware causing this problem that your existing products didn't pick up. Navigating around pcperformancetools.com might have some listed symptoms of what you might be experiencing and help diagnose the problem. Just trying to help. I'll be interested to check back and see how things went.

Cheers
