Hello, I'm new to this forum obviously, but I've been having this problem with my computer for awhile now and i thought i fixed it, but apparently i did not. I've searched all online but noone seems to have the same problem as me.
Any game i run on my computer will end up turning over to DSUB power saving mode, It'll happen within the range of 5 to 30 minutes within the game, and it seems to happen when more things occur in the game, like me shooting a rifle or something of that sort. For example, i was just playing project reality and a mortar strike came in and a few seconds after that, the screen went black turned to power saving mode, orange light next to the power indicator on the monitor as well, no sound, just power saving mode. The only way i can get out of this is by turning my computer off, letting it sit for a solid 5 seconds or so and restarting. My computer isnt too out of date, it can handle its games pretty well. Its a little old, i think that may be part of the problem But... I'm hoping for a straight answer from anyone that knows whats going on here. Thank you and i appreciate anyones help. |

Well what wattage is your power supply unit because if youve recently installed a new card or even if the game uses a load of processing power its gunna drain the input on your pc.
If you can find out your graphics card and PSU wattage that would be helpful Regards -------------------- ![]() |
