I am a hick with a computer basically. got my first computer. it was a packard bell Dx2 66mhrz, 4mb ram with windows 3.1 on it. played solitaire about a year on it LOL. then tried to do a windows 95 upgrade and it went bad. end up putting the pc in a box for about 6 months. pulled it out. learned dos on my own. then pieced a windows 3.1 from a friends computer using floppy disks. and was able to get into windows 3.1 and this time the windows 95 went good. and at about 15 years old is when i first got internet. then I started looking up and reading things. trying new things. pretty much screwing up the computer then fixing it. I began my personal quest for knowledge, started learning about hacking. hacked one computer illegally just to see if i could. kinda like a look what I can do type thing. after that just local testing. i also realized, learning to hack to hurt others, is like learning martial arts to go beat up weak people. thats a very childish way of thought. i setup my own lan at home and played around on my own boxes, testing things & learning. i taught myself to program in c/c++ I learned a lot online, but I also read in libraries.

read books like TCP/IP, networking, porting, routing, reverse engineering, hacking 101, c programming, windows api, socket programming, shell code, and hustler magazine ( wait ) how did that get in there. =D

My first website. was with AOL 123 Publish, back when I was on the hunk O junk. then I found where the files was being uploaded too. at keyword my ftp space. i downloaded the files it sent. and realized they was just text files. back at that point in time i thought when you opened a exe with notepad. thats what people typed to code. heh. but anyways I realized that they was basically just text files. and I started learning HTML like that. here is my first hand typed website. http://www.dittmerdan.net/version/v1.htm I preserved it and have it as a retroditt. I sadly lost the aol 123. but the page was basically a profile.

I also play a lot of video games with my nephews and by myself. I like to make games too. I have designed a few oblivion mods. and other various games.

so yes I am a certified geek. but I also like getting the hell away from this computer once in awhile. and go fishing, boating, and I like to box and exorcise. take walks. and I also like physical jobs more then desk jobs. because you get too lazy sitting on a desk day after day. then the next thing you know pounds start packing on your ass.

I also cut loose sometimes. i don't drink, smoke, or do drugs. but sometimes i go out with friends or on my boat and get silly drunk. I have also been known to every once in a blue moon do marijuana.
